Disclaimer and Cancelation Policy

Policies and Guidelines for missed, canceled, and health related issues pertaining to classes.

Private Class Missed Policy

Private classes run at the same time every week. Failure to arrive at class on time, or to miss class completely will result in no refund. We will work very hard to make up two missed classes per term (fall, winter, spring, summer), based on the availability of the instructor. If you communicate an absence two weeks prior to your class, we will be able to arrange a different time to make up that class.

Private Class Cancelation Policy

Private classes run for a full term semester. For new clients, within the first two weeks of classes, if you are unhappy or unsatisfied we will provide a full refund. At the end of each semester, clients can cancel their reserved spot or choose a different time at no cost. If at any point during the term you are unsatisfied with the classes, please let us know and we will discuss options for moving forward.

Group Cancelation Policy

As group classes involve many different individuals, we ask that you inform us of any need to change or cancel classes at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of said class to obtain a refund, minus $25 for administrative fees associated with registration.

If you give us at least 2 weeks notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another class, minus a $25 administrative fee. However, if you do not cancel with at least 2 weeks notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

If you are registering for classes through the Vernon Recreation Center, please review their cancelation policy towards classes as we can not offer any refund for classes held in their facilities.

COVID Cancelation Policy

We want to make sure that our clients remain healthy and happy during our classes. If you have discovered that you or your child has contracted COVID, we ask that you inform us with proof of diagnosis prior to an event for a full refund.

Likewise, if your instructor has tested positive for COVID, we will cancel and reschedule classes, based on the amount of classes missed due to their illness.
